When i attempt to sync my blackberry with my Outlook the desktop software fails to find my profile. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything, even restoring my laptop to factory settings, but still the software cant find the profile. Is there a way to browse for it manually on Version 7 or should i just give up and get a windows phone?

What version of the Desktop Software and Outlook are you using?
When you go to configure the sync, what profile is the Desktop Software seeing?
Does your Outlook connect to an Exchange server? Do you use an Outlook connector with an email account?
