technical problem

pls i tried to unlock my verizon black berry 9650 but i exceeded the number of allowed trials. pls how can i reprogramme the black berry. because i need to use it outside united states.

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!

 

From what you describe, you have hard-locked your BB to it's original carrier. From what I understand, only the RIM factory can reverse that...and I've heard that the cost is greater than just buying a new one. You are, of course, free to see your wireless service provider for formal assistance to see if they are willing to help.
