telephone problem - urgent please

The phone connection on my Blackberry keeps turning off for no apparent reason. It varies, sometimes 5-6 times, a day, sometimes none?.. Anyone out there encountered a similar problem? Or can anyone help?

You didn't mention which vendor's phone you had, i've seen this happen with the AT&T phone because of a bad simm card, after the card got replaced, it fixed the problem.


If you have a verizon version, I would a) backup the data using desktop manager and then b) download the os 4.3 for that phone and reinstall the OS again and see what happens, if it stays on ok, then restore your data and take it from there.
