text messaging

I am accustomed to being able to send and receive graphics in text messages with a regular cell phone. Is there a way to activate graphic capability with a Blackberry Curve? The lack of graphics is a huge deficiency in my opinion.

Re: text messaging

The 83xx models have great graphics.

You are looking for MMS messaging, which is nothing more than simple SMS with a file attached, like a picture of whatever. Some carriers limit that, such as Sprint. Alltel has recently enabled MMS.

Re: text messaging

I'm having the same issue on my 8330. I received a text with graphics but it didn't come through as an MMS. I'm with Verizon.

When composing an MMS, am I limited to whatever pix I have on my device/media card or is there some kind of "pool" from which to select a graphic?
