We are aware of this issue, the workaround is to create a backup of your data using BlackBerry Desktop Software (Device>Backup). Then perform a security wipe: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB14058
Please note: This will erase all data off the BlackBerry smartphone and I recommend only restoring essential data (contacts, calendat, BBM contacts).

I've also started receiving these messages (on my Curve 9360), repeatedly through the day, quite recently.
Please can you explain what the issue is and why it is happening ?
