I have a blackberry torch 9800 that is two years old. A month ago the actual physical keyboard letters have changed from their original letter. The q has become a,a has become q,w has become z ,z has become w. Has any body have or had this problem? AT&T says they can't correct it I need HELP

Actually, redawa, if you look at the user profile, they are on AT&T. As such, they are in the USA, and the USA does not use BB Service Centers. Rather, service is provided by the original place of purchase.
marlin6 -- did you buy your BB from AT&T? If so, then unless you purchased additional warranty and/or insurance, your 2-year old BB is out of warranty coverage (standard 1-year manufacturers warranty). But, can you clarify something please? You say that the physical keyboard letters have changed from their original. From those words, I can deduce that the actual physical keyboard letters are now changed as you describe...this has nothing to do with the result produced when you press the key, rather just what that key shows...is this what you meant to say?
Or, did you mean to say that when you press those keys, these other characters are what result on the screen? If so, it sounds as if perhaps you have changed your keyboard layout from qwerty to azerty...please check your user manual for the proper location, within the Options of your BB, to check that and change it back if it is now different.
Otherwise, please list out the things you have already tried toward resolving this so that we can avoid giving redundant advice to you.
Good luck and let us know!
