trouble with two way calendar sync

Recently my two way calendar sync stopped working?  Any ideas why?

Need a few more details.  What email service are you using and how do you currently sync?  Do you sync over the air only or do you use the desktop manager / outlook.  Are you on mac or PC?  Are you getting a specific error when trying to sync?

I sync using desktip manager/outlook.  I use a PC. I don't get an error message it will only sync new entries that I put on my PC.  It will not sync new entries on my phone to my PC, but has all along until recently.  The only thing new is I updated my PC BB software application.

Thanks.  Are there a lot of entries on the phone that didn't make it to the PC?  I'm trying to see what the best / easiest option is going to be.

ok thanks for the info. 

Please do a full backup (using the desktop manager) before starting. (use blackberry protect too!  the link is in my signature)

I'm wondering if you could try a 1 way sync from the phone to outlook since it has all the current data.  If that works, reset it for a 2 way sync, create a test entry on the phone and a different test entry in outlook and run another 2 way sync.

Before I begin, does it matter that I am using version 7.1 Bundle 1647 software.........to tell you the truth I think the problem started sometime around this last software update.........but I am not sure of that either.

Its hard to tell.. Maybe some setting got thrown off during the update

I did a one way sync from phone to computer and it did not transfer items loaded onto my phone.  Any suggestions

I think I have found the problem.  I just noticed that when I post something to calendar via my phone the top line indicates "Send Using:  BBM Groups" I am not sure why this is happening as I no longer have a group in BBM I was using it briefly in December but I have cancelled it since.  This must be the problem however I can't get rid of the above default on my phone.  Any suggestions?
