I'm still having problems here. I get stuck between 4 and 5. I can get to "go to email account Manager.. " then I see "checking for updates", "connecting to email settings", then "your device encounterd a problem with this application's server". This is a brand new bb bold 9650 and i had the same problem with my last b bold 9700 until it just recently had the screen go out on me.
