Blackberry Internet Service - Connected
Blackberry Enterprise Server - Not Connected
Unable to connect BES.
Have resend the service books. Also, have hard rebooted my phone.
Need your help.
P.S. Need BES in order to use Enterprise IM. Currently it say "Data Services Unavailable".

For all BES related inquiry your organization's BES admin would be the first contact. If your company has BES installed only then you'll get access through the admin.

- backup your device, wipe and ask the sys admin to send you an activation password
