unable to view complete emails

Apologies up front, as I'm troubleshooting this (trying to) w/out the benefit of the device or first hand info (an admin assistant is relaying the info to me).


But, I have someone w/ an 8330 Curve who, when he receives long emails, is unable to read and/or access the complete email.


Apparently he gets to a certain point and in order to read more, he needs to click on a "read more" link/option, but per the info I have, if he does so nothing happens.


Is there a setting somewhere that needs to be enabled to allow this to occur?

Hi and welcome to the forums,

Have the user make sure he/she leaves a copy of the message on the server. When the user is reading a

long email, the entire message is not pulled into device memory until request more is received. If the message

has already been deleted by the server, there is nothing left to pull in. The attachments work the same.
