uncaught exception: Index 3>=3

Any idea what this means? I had email this morning and a few minutes later I did not have either my blackberry or regular email icons. I've removed the battery twice and the error message remains.

I get the same message every time I power cycle my phone. I have removed apps that I thought were causing it; but to no avail. BB support assistance would be great!

Just to be clear, there is no formal support here...this is purely volunteer-based user-to-user...

 

Given that you've already gone one route, the next route is the other way around. Reload your OS clean and then slowly add your apps back in (like with days or weeks between!) until the problem comes back (if it does). I always recommend this process for reloading the OS:
