Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
There's pretty much no diagnosing those -- they are the equivalent of the random errors in Windows for which tracing the root cause is fruitless. Basically, these are the last out in the programming code -- some event occurred for which there is no handler in the code. The fix is a code update that handles the event...but, again, knowing what the event is is pretty much impossible. So, there are a few things to try:
Sometimes, the code simply becomes corrupt and needs to be refreshed -- just like a reboot:
If it won't boot up cleanly, then you may need to try Safe Mode:
There might be an updated code set from the carrier -- check them via this portal:
The toughest possible cause is a badly behaving app. To find it, there are a couple of options. One is to see if you can read the log file:
Go to the home screen. Hold down the "alt" key and type 'lglg'. (You will not see anything while you type). This will bring up the log file. Scroll down (probably many pages) untill you see a line that says 'uncaught execption'. Click on this line. The name of the app will be in the info. Alternative methods for bringing up the logs are in this KB:
The other method is to remove apps one at a time, waiting a while in between (I usually recommend a week), until the problem ceases...thereby discovering the offending app. Still another method is to reload the BB OS cleanly, leaving some time between adding other apps onto the BB so as to be able to determine exactly which one is the cause.
Good luck and let us know!

I tried nd instead it now writes index 6>=6.
I gave you 5 different things...I've no idea what you tried. The new error message changes nothing about the above guidance.
I cnt access the web adress u gave me
I gave you 3 different links...I've no idea which you tried, nor the result of trying. Nor do I know how you tried (e.g., from a PC, from the BB, somewhere else).
Please provide details so that we can better understand your situation and hopefully provide you with better additional guidance.
Good luck and let us know!

I tried the 1st methos of rebooting the phone, I tried from a bb nd also the pc to delete some applications dt I recently upgraded, the method of Alt 'lglg' there is no line that shows "uncaught exception"
So that is 2 things that I recommended and one that I did not...of the 5 that I recommended. Any results from the other 3?
I can't access this address http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/downloads/dow
From where? With what? Your PC? Your BB? Something else? And what exactly does "can't access" mean? Is there an error message?

OK...can I ask you a favor please? I'm not a young kid and don't easily understand "text speak"...if you could type in complete words and sentences, as well as use proper grammar and punctuation, it would help me greatly in understanding you. Thanks.
From bb hvnt tried wit pc and yes ther is an error message...
Hmmm...well, the content of the error message (which you left out) may well be quite useful in understanding the problem. But, indeed, it would be better to try that from a PC...for if you get to the stage I expect, you'll need to be using your PC to fix your BB.
method of deleting.apps one by one I did so far deleted 3 of em so I guess I shud wait 4 a week
nd d safe mode method it didn't help either..
So, you successfully got it into Safe Mode, but the problem persisted? As such, I don't think that waiting any longer and removing more apps will help. Safe Mode prevents 3rd party apps from running...so if the problems persist with them not running, then removing them 1 by 1 is unlikely to be useful. Rather, the core OS itself is likely corrupt, and a clean reload would be useful.
But first, please review this to be sure you have a full backup:
Then, you can proceed with an OS reload. Here's a method...
At the top of each device forum, there should be some "sticky" threads that discuss the OS levels available for many models. If they include your model, then please use those as reference as you proceed. Otherwise, you will have to dig through the official download portal for OS packages for your model:
From a PC, you can install any compatible (e.g., for your exact BB Model Number) OS package to a BB via this procedure:
Note that while written for "reload" and the Storm, it can be used to upgrade, downgrade, or reload any BB device model -- it all depends on the OS package you download and install to your PC. If that OS package is from a carrier other than the carrier for which your BB was originally manufactured, then delete, on your PC, all copies of VENDOR.XML...there will be at least one, and perhaps 2, and they will be located in or similarly to (it changes based on your Windows version) these folders:
Be sure that you remove, from your PC, any other BB device OS packages as having more than one installed to the PC can cause conflicts with this procedure.
You may also want to investigate the use of BBSAK (bbsak.org) to perform the wipe it is capable of.
You may also want to try this procedure to perhaps narrow down the precise causal item:
When the behavior presents, you know the culprit...the last thing you loaded.
If the behavior does not re-present, then you know that either step 1 or 2 cured it.
If the behavior presents no matter what, then you likely have a hardware level issue for which no amount of OS or software can cure.
If you are on MAC, you are limited to only your carriers sanctioned OS packages...but can still use any levels that they currently sanction. See this procedure:
Good luck and let us know!
