uncaught exception error on 9900 bold

Im using blackberry bold 9900, platform

today it suddenyl gives me the white screen with words on it and

there's a box of message saying

"uncaught exception:java.lang.NulPointerException

uncaught exception:java.lang.Error

uncaught exception:applicationRegistry.waitFor(0xe592d8ae7c1ca955)timeout" etc.

When it becomes like this,the phone doesnt response to any key i pressed

I have searched the net seeking some help,i saw people solved this problem by starting the phone with 

"Safe Mode" but it seems i cant get it started with the"safe mode" 

i need some help please~

I would suggest performing a backup of your BlackBerry® smartphone then reloading the software as shown in the article below:
