uncaught exception index 1 >=1

My blackberry curve 9220 was working perfectly ... and it happened that I was downloading something from the app store and it got stuck so i pulled the battery out and started the phone again... Since then, whenever i restart my phone when any application asks me to.. i get this error " uncaught exception index 1 >=1 "   I tried pulling out the battery and then putting it back after a min or two but still the problem persists... Please help me

Re: uncaught exception index 1 >=1

Hey faizanjunani,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

I would suggest creating a full backup of your data through BlackBerry Desktop Software (Device>Backup).  Then follow the steps in this KB article: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320

Then test the performance of the BlackBerry Curve 9220 prior to restoring any data.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Cheers.
