Re: uncaught exception

Yes. At this point you'll want to wipe the device and reload the OS.

Re: uncaught exception

Strange.

What is your Operating System loaded to your device? Look at Options > Device > About, third line down beginning with a "v.6.0.x.xxx", What is yours?

Re: uncaught exception

Ok, is there an error message or anything you get when trying access the camera?

Is there an SD Media card installed on the device?

Can you open the camera app > Menu key > options > at the bottom of that screen, where is the camera set to save by default all images?

Re: uncaught exception

Could be your low on device memory.

Check the File Free at Options > Status, what is the number at File Free?

also:  Article ID: KB15544 "Could not launch camera application" error appears when opening the camera on the BlackBerry smartphone

Re: uncaught exception

I don't understand either, you have roughly 78MB file free, that should be sufficient.

I know some have gotten the camera working again with a software re-install.
