do you have any information showing that the AppWorld requires an OS upgrade from some carriers ?
No it is a speculation but i do know there is nothing that customer service can do at a network level for this ATM from my own experience from being a customer service rep and from current reports that are available on the Vodafone eforums.
My Adv is if your a vodafone UK customer it will be a waste of 10min - 15min in a queue to get an adviser tell you there is nothing they can do.

I'm having the same problem too. Has Vodafone/Blackberry given any indication about the time scale for a fix?
