update gone wrong :/

I updated my bb app world about a week ago! come to go on app world it wasnt there looked through every folder etc so had to download via moblie brower still didnt work so plugged my bb in the pc and it needed to update so ive let it update and it reset my bb now im stuck as now i need to update all my apps.....i updated an app and it needs to reboot and now as it reboots it gets stuck and gets so far red lcd comes on and turns off ive took the battery out and tried that doesnt work! im now at my wits end of what to do? any help would be great thanks x

Not to worry, we should be able to get you up and running again.

 

You'll need to connect your phone to BlackBerry Desktop Software.  There's a good chance you'll need to reload your OS.  Plug your phone in to your PC and open BlackBerry Desktop Software.  If your phone won't connect to BDS, have a look at this article:
