updated software

hello... i have 9700 bold with os 6. i had updated the software 2 days before and after that i am trying to open my internet browser and blackberry app world via wi-fi (hot-spot) it is not getting started.. can somebody please me for it...

Please do let us know what error you are getting while opening Browser & App world.

 

Have you tried a battery pull, if not please pull out battery while device is on & re-insert it after a min.

On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status.
What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?

 

You must be connected to your BlackBerry Data Plan (BIS) to connect to AppWorld.

 

However, you should be able to use the hotspot browser through a WiFi only connection.
