upgraded to 4.5.0.127 - phone is now slow to open from sleep

did another upgrade. Everything went smooth. When phone is idle (black screen) and I hit one of the buttons to make it come alive, it takes a couple seconds whereas it use to be immediate. I also notice that with this upgrade there is no memory management under options like the other version. Lastly, I do not have a lot of items loaded on this Pearl. I do have a 2gb card with about 100mb on it. Ay others see this issue?

oops. it does have the memory managment feature. My bad. By enabling it, it makes all the difference. Case solved.

where is this memory management you speak of?  The only thing I saw under Options was the Memory Cleaning.  If that's what you're talking about, I tried that and I'm still having the same issue.

Re: upgraded to 4.5.0.127 - phone is now slow to open from sleep

I have the same issue. It drives me crazy. Sometimes it goes away and sometimes it comes back. But when phone is in sleep, when I press a button, it takes sometimes up to 5 seconds before the screen turns on!
