Have you checked your Junk or Spam folder , Go through this KB :
KB28232 :BlackBerry ID reset email is not being delivered to the associated mailbox
Or if you know the security question you can try this :

For security purpose those reset email are sent to associated mailbox .I hope you're able to recover that reset email .
