Also, please check if you have sufficient signal.

 

 

Please try to log in to www.bbid.com and from there check if you can log in your BlackBerry ID.

 

If you have access to the email address associated to your BlackBerry ID, after logging in to BlackBerry ID online, verify your email address.

 

You will receive a confrmation message on your email inbox and validate your BlackBerry ID from there.

I am able to login from my computer but not able to login from my phone

Thanks, I did login but still unable to login on my phone and I did check the email address. what else can I try?

Hi there,

 

If you're recieving this error message on your BlackBerry  while trying to login with your BlackBerry then refer to this Knowledge Base and try those suggestions :

 

KB28212  : "Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account" or "Unable to update your BlackBerry ID account information" error occurs on a BlackBerry smartphone running BlackBerry 7
