verifying whatsapp

I'm using a BB curve 8520, I den verified my whatsapp account on another device, wen I tried getting back 2my originally installed whatsaap device(BB curve 8520), I had 2verify.. I did what requested and a verification code was sent 2the number I wanna verify, but My device is unable to imput the code.

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your WhatsApp messenger.


Go to Options>Applications and delete WhatsApp from your device and ensure you reboot.


Reinstall WhatsApp (you can either use BlackBerry World or from http://www.whatsapp.com/ota/ on your device Browser.


If you are still having an issue entering your verification code after you reinstall the app, it's recommended you contact WhatsApp support to further investigate. You can email them at blackberry-support@whatsapp.com
