From the day I bought my Torch 9800 I could open pdf's that were emailed to me. My office email provider required me to restart my Blackberry and as soon as I did that I could no longer open pdf's that were emailed to me. I thought that my Blackberry's internal email program had a pdf viewer - is that not true? I am sure that I never downloaded an app to read pdf's so I just don't understand what has happened and my office email provider insists that the problem is not at their end. Can anyone help? One more point my email is via a Blackberry Enterprise Server if that makes a difference.

To better assist you with this; what is the full error message you receive when you attempt to open a PDF file? Also were the files created in Adobe®?
