My Device: BlackBerry pearl 8130

viigo

I have recently upgraded from the 8130 to the 8330. I downloaded viigo on to my 8330 and I went back and deleted it and when I did my phone started acting up. It had the hourglass on my screen and I couldn't do anything. I let it sit there for about 15 mins and the hourglass was still there. I finally took the battry out and rebooted it. Could viigo be messing with my phone? Even though I deleted it. Thanks

Hi.

Usually after an install or delete of an application I power down and up for the changes to take effect.

If you check options.status.advanced option.applications make sure it's gone.

I think the battery pull did the reset, and you should be good to go.

Thanks,
