waranty

hello....

i want to ask, is anybody know how long it takes to repair a BB smartphone which still under warranty?

i've returned my phone to the retailer on 29/8/2013. they said it would take 2 weeks, but until 21/9/2013 i still dont get the phone back. furthermore, they said, maybe need 1 more week...

i really need my phone back, because it helps me do my work...

tq

Hi Azam,

Did they send you an email notification on what is the current status of the repair? This is under the jurisdiction of the carrier/service provider since you pay for the services to them.

I would recommend that if you are unable to use your mobile service for quite some time, you can contact your carrier for any billing arrangements to compensate as well the money that you have lost in this process.

I am wishing you the best of lucks that you'll get your device right away.

That we do not have control over the process of the service provider or their service center.  However, you can ask them to provide you an email confirmation for the job order including the job order number and the dates of their receipt of the device and the estimated fix.

Re: waranty

Correct, your retailer is handling the warranty repair process. Call them.
