Hello, I am new to the forum, I wanted to thank all for posting and sharing the knowledge.
I have a problem and I wanted to see if anyone knows anyhting about this;
I read my email on my Storm through Gmail, (It all works beautifully) every time I get a message from Vonage, I get a wav file.
For some reason, I canot open the file and listen to it.

Sometimes a WAV is not a WAV. Or perhaps -- All WAV's are not created equal?
There are several public knowledgebase articles about WAV file problems. I haven't yet found one specific to Vonage, but other VM services have WAV files that are for somewhat incompatible. Go to this site:
and search on WAV. Try going through the various articles to see if anything might be helpful to your situation. Let us know what you discover in case there is something that needs to be escalated.
