Dear sir/madam
I can't access my what's app account on mobile network it can only be accessed when my phone is connected to a wifi . Can u help me in solving this problem......
Another thing I just want to reset my phone can u just tell me how to reset my blackberry 8520 phone.........

You must have a data plan or BIS so you can use your WhatsApp through mobile network

To factory reset your BB
Options, security and privacy, security wipe
Enter the word blackberry.

Before deleting I recommend to backup your BB 8520 with DM and Blackberry Protect.
