white screen!!

i was just sitting in class, didnt drop it all day, then as soon as i went to go check my text message, the screen went white! i tried resetting it, nothing. do i need to send it in for it to be fixed? or can i just do a update on the blackberry desktop? i need this phone imediatly back up and running!

I would suggest performing a backup of your BlackBerry® smartphone then reloading the software as shown in the article below:
