Have you tested with multiple Wi-Fi® networks? If you are just having issues with your home or work Wi-Fi network this may be caused by media access control (MAC) address filtering being enabled on the Wi-Fi network. Try adding the MAC address of the BlackBerry® smartphone to the accepted MAC address list for the Wi-Fi network. The steps to complete this may vary depending on the wireless router, see the product documentation for the wireless router for information on completing these steps.
