i cannot connect to my wifi..the status says ip address is no longer valid..my browser works when i switch the data services on..but as soon as i use whatsapp...my money is cut..how do i connect to wifi ?

When connected via Wi-Fi, go into Manage Connections and scroll down to Service Status and does BlackBerry Internet Service say Wi-Fi or Mobile Network?
If it says Mobile Network, it will use your carrier's data network.

hey..thanks for the response..i checked..it says wifi..but as soon as i use anything my money is cut and when i switch off the data services..wifi stops working..so its very complicated
