I just recently resent my playbook and reloaded the updated os and now I cannot connect to the hotspot in mcdonalds. I am trying to figure out what the setting are supposed to be. when I click on ok when asked if I want to connect to hotspot it does its thing and says your playbook is connected to the internet but it is not fully conncected as it wont let me download any apps.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

I went to
Give their tech support a call @ all 1-877-MCD-WIFI (1-877-623-9434)
Not sure how they are setup, hopefully this will point you in the right direction.

I'd also suggest restarting your PlayBook, then try the connection again.
I've never had a problem connecting at a McDonald's on the Playbook (which has only been a total of ONE time since I got it in April 2011). But it worked and was seamless to connect.

yea thats just it I had not problem before. I did try retarting the playbook but short of wiping everything out using Security wipe and then restarting the whole process over again I dont know why this happend. I will try calling and see what happens.
