i have an 8120 that was originally set up for one provider telus, the phone has been unlocked(i think) and i registered it with rogers, everything is legitimate, and it worked for a short while, now it acts up on a daily basis, if i reload the software from the blackberry site will it work on a rogers network, even if rogers does not offer it on their website? thanks, take care

The file is on your PC. Open Windows Explorer and select Find, then choose to find vendor.xml on the C: disk. click on it, then hit the Delete key on your PC keyboard.
