wont turn on

my blackberry 9850 froze on me and when i did a battery pull it loads fully on the loading screen then wont start up! what should i do??

Try connecting it to BlackBerry Desktop Software on your PC. If it won't connect, have a look at this article:

i reloaded the software bt when it reaches the part when it says "connecting to device (this might take a few minutes)" it takes forever and when it finishes it say it couldnt connec

is it true that bbm will be in androids on and Idevices?

Yes, Andriod & IOS user will also be able to use BBM very soon.
