Are you using your Carrier or host email as your BlackBerry ID ?
Can you try those KB to see if it helps :
KB28111 :Unable to reset BlackBerry ID password when using a BlackBerry hosted email address
KB28232 :BlackBerry ID reset email is not being delivered to the associated mailbox
Or do you know the Security question that you have set during initial setup , if you can then look at this KB :
KB32414 : How to recover a BlackBerry Email account password when the password is unknown
But you can also Contact your Carrier to know if they can help you in this regard .So try it and let us know.
