zagat to go error - unable to load screen:activation.firstrun

hey all - i downloaded the zagat to go app for my boss' bb and the download was successful but when i open it, after the load screen i get this error -


unable to load screen:activation.firstrun


any ideas how to solve this? thanks in advance. Smiley Happy

AppWorld applications are supported by the vendor. To locate the contact information, consult KB17746.


Not sure if you tried removing the battery and reinserting it as well as deleted in and reinstalled the application, but they are good steps to try.
