After update Connect via USB

I can't connect my playbook after updating os 2.1.0.1526.

I am using window 7 and bb destop software 7.1.0.37 

At earlier I was able to connect my playbook and transfer media file easily.

But at this time I am using same playbook, same window 7, and same setting for both PC and bb playbook.

And message appear in bb device manager: "Internal - Volume not mount".

Please help me what is the solution for this problem

I am tring many way to solve this.

The steps I used for WINDOWS 8 ...may work for WINDOWS 7.

Check system-devices...Network adapters...is the PB shown...Does it have an error?

If so...delete...and reboot...the issue I found is one of corrupted drivers on the initial load. At least on WIN 8...after the update.

It's window's fault. Get a mac.
