Another application is using the camaraderie please close application

On video chat, not getting cam and just did a factory reset. Using the playbook os 2.1.0.1088

controlled privacy and safety makes good policy.

It started with video chat then now after doing a complete system re set... The front cam pops camara error.4003 video ok 

 

So far others solved this by entering a string open rather than close in a code under the hood ... 

 

I found reelportal.com free chat online tovideo chat so i,m ignoring the cam until next os update.
