Aps Support Please

Hi there, I have just purchased a Playbook, and not having much luck, 2 problems, and wishing I had gone down the android route!


1. When trying to install aps i get an error message saying "This item is not supported by your current device profile" what does that mean and how do i fix it?


2. When trying free aps i get the following "install error:[0003-0011-()3120] what does it mean and how do i fix it?

What's the software version on your playbook and do you get the error installing all the applications you try to install?

version systems says i have the latest update.


Yes I get the error on everything, and also it wont let me update two aps that have updates available.

check your time on the playbook, if off too much it wont get apps
