I've owned my playbook for about 18mos and have never been able to connect to my laptop. The subject line says it all and I've tried over that time to get it linked. I also own a BB smart phone which connects, starts and is able to transfer files to and from my computer with no problem. I've call support over that same period of time.....Blackberry, you should fire many of your customer support agents for their lack of professionalism and for hanging up on your customers.
I would love to be able to work with my Playbook's other features that require connecting to my laptop and am looking for any help in this area. If not maybe its time to switch my and my small organization's phones and tablets to Apple
