BB Tablet

I'm trying to connect my tablet to my 64bit laptop for the first time and it will not connect indicating I perhaps need hotfix KB968730 to proceed. I cannot find a link that works for this fix. Can anyone help?

The OP is a little shy on details.  I suspecthe is trying to get the PlayBook to hook up to a Windows 7 or 8 laptop.  There are other threads here which discuss this topic.

I have not had any problems connecting my PB to a Windows computer. Use the USB cable that came with your PB and the PB file structure will appear in Windows File Explorer. There will be a screen appear on your PB indicating you're connected and a "Dismiss" button. Press "Dismiss".


You can also connect wirelessly through your router by finding your PB IP address and enter that number into your Windows browser.
