BB as BT Keyboard to Bridge

I am curious why Bridge didn't go further step and make the BB a BT keyboard so you can type responses to messages on your BB ?  Any ideas?

Hi stinsonddog

When Bridged, you can respond on either your BlackBerry or your BlackBerry Playbook, thus, in a sense, you can use your BlackBerry keyboard to reply to messages! Smiley Happy

Re: BB as BT Keyboard to Bridge

If you want an external keyboard, you can buy one but it struck me this morning that it would be great to just use the bb itself! The on screen kybd is ok for very small stuff but completely inefficient for any significant keying. I,m thinking flying thumbs on the bb would be awesome!!
