Hi just purchased Playbook on Monday BBm will not connect through to playbook. I am running bbm 188.8.131.52 on phone and bridge is 184.108.40.206
Emails and Texts work via the bridge ok
My daughter has same set up but is using the previous version on bbm she didnt perfom the upgrade and it works perfectly via the bridge
When I try to acess bbm on playbook via the bridge it says 'your version of bbm is not compatible with bby bridge. Download the latest version of bbm to use it on playbook. As I have the latest version is there a bug in the latest upgrade?

To resolve this issue, could you please try uninstalling the BlackBerry Bridge App then reinstalling the most recent version from BlackBerry World? Once you have reinstalled the application, could you please test it with BBM again and let me know if that helped?
