Blackberry is having a major power issue and when you call technical support they try and wear you out with troubleshooting and leveling up. When I said I have a device with a factory defect and it won't power up they told me my only option was to send in for repair which could take 2 or 3 weeks.
More troubling, I told them to send me one that works and just take mine back or give me a refund, there reply..."Blackberry does not give refunds, but we can fix it." This is a factory defect and had they offered to ship me one that works right away I wouldn't have even contemplated a refund. I was so dissappointed with Blackberry's customer support. My business uses blackberry and just their handling of this situation, I will be switching to Apple products for the customer service aspect.
Too bad that blackberry doesn't get that customer service is the key to CUSTOMER LOYALTY, not necessarily better product. I am now compelled to hit every message board and put out the word that blackberry has ran its course and lost their direction.
