Since BlueBox no longer works on the Playbook, I'd advise you to sideload the DropBox android app. This is the solution I chose for myself. An alternate solution would be to use the DropBox web interface.

I think that it is notable that a BlackBerry Technical Advisor is unable to provide a suitable solution to your problem, when a fairly straightforward solution exists.

Greetings everyone, I am new in the wondrous world of Blackberry Playbook.
I have read the Blue Box being the best solution to sync my Drop Box items. Wish to try it however it does not appear in the App World no matter what keywords I try.
Any idea why is that?

If it is no longer supported maybe it's been withdrawn.
Check out message 3 by Gunpowder above in this thread.
Also try "Box" app in blackberry world.
