Battery_Upgrade--tap_to_Start

Hi,

I love my Playbook, but have one issue which I can't get rid of. I keep getting "Battery_Upgrade--tap_to_Start__lbt385e" coming up in my app notice area on my home screen. It had began to load when I had accidentally hit the icon while playing a game. I had cancelled the install but it keeps coming up, dated Tues April 17 2012 8:44 am.

 

I searched my files and deleted the file, but the notice still appears every time I use the Playbook. If I click on it I get "The process Android.process.media has stopped unexpectedly." I have read that this program is a scam app.

 

Any ideas on how to get rid of this constant annoyance? Thanks for any help with this annoying issue.
