In my playbook, I inputed my bb ID and password, after signing in I get error message saying wrong pswd.

on my bb curve i ws able to sign in with the same password i used on the playbook.

What is the issue and how can i fix it.

Welcome to the forums. 


This could be a situation where you are simply imputing the incorrect password and not realizing that you are doing so. For example if you use a password of "123456" on your BlackBerry® smartphone that password could actually be "wersdf" The blow blog post covers this sort of situation when trying to input your password using the desktop software. Have a look at the post as it may help you out.
