woke up this morning and my 5 day old blackberry has just died. Was fully charged; win;t turn on, won;t chanreg - even if battery removed. Had this once before and had to get it replaced. In fact I have had 6 blackberrys and had to return 4 quickly as they imploded, like this
Have tried battery, charged up and the on/off button on the RHS
I like blackberrys but this happens way too often, so its in the junk class

put on charger
put in battery after red LED goes out
Repeat after 5 minutes
leave on charger for 24 hours and repeat above in case its on board battey is deppleated.

I romeved battery and plugged in charger
No red LED went on at all, so nothing happened
This is the 3rd time I have had a brand new blackberry just die
I had a thought and although it was charged up 90% before dying, I suggest the battery mysteriously go kaput
plus the coordinator has agreed that the bold 9000 model in particular is rubbish. At least 50% failure rate for new units within the first two weeks
Seriously, has anyoen a product that does this?
