Blackberry Bridge - Email Folder issue

Hi,

I am experiencing issues on the View Folder or Save to Folder for email via the BB Bridge applicaiton.

The Pop up window appears, but the list is blank.

View Folder is visible on the BB Handset and has no issues.

Any suggestions ?

Thanks

Regards

Emmanuel

Re: Blackberry Bridge - Email Folder issue

I am able to open folder up and move messages to another folder.

Are you on BES?

Do you have redirection enabled on those folders?

What BB handset do you have?

What BB handset OS are you on? On your device, type in a new message MYVER and a space after to see and report back please.

Re: Blackberry Bridge - Email Folder issue

Hi

Yes I am on BES -

Folder Redirection is not enabled (but I can save to Folder on Handset and View Folder. it is working on the handset without problems)

I am using a BB Torch 9800

BB OS 6.0.0.246 (Vodafone Carrier - UK)

Thanks

Regards

Re: Blackberry Bridge - Email Folder issue

if redirection is not enabled then I am unable to see anything in the folder unless I move an email there.

I am able to move emails to any folder it seems on my Torch with 6.0.0.448.

Re: Blackberry Bridge - Email Folder issue

Correct. You can only see email within a Folder if redirection is NOT enabled if it has been moved to that folder.

The problem is that on the BB Bridge, when I want to move to folder, the list of Folder is empty and blank.

Only on the Playbook. I do not have issues on the Torch itself.

Thanks

Regards

Re: Blackberry Bridge - Email Folder issue

I am having the same exact issue. I think this must be a bug. Does anyone have a "filled-in" folder listing coming up on the Playbook?

Hi

A new Bridge Version has been released that fixes the folder view.

All folders now appears after installation of the new version 1.0.0.83

Thanks

Re: Blackberry Bridge - Email Folder issue

Thx Emmanuel.  Do you have a link to where I can download the next version?  I am on AT&T and they still have not posted the Bridge on App World yet as I know.  I originally got the Bridge application directly off of a link in one of the forums.  Let me now.  Thx!

Re: Blackberry Bridge - Email Folder issue

Thats ok, I found a new link out there and downloaded the new version.  I still have the same problem though, a blank Folders screen (it does have BBM now though so that is cool).  Any ideas on why I still have a blank Folders view?  This is frustrating!
