Re: Blackberry Bridge

Sorry to sound so stupid, but how do you reboot the playbook?  Does that mean to restart my playbook?

Re: Blackberry Bridge

O.K. I've done the reboot of both my playbook and my smartphone.  It is tethered but it won't let me unlock it.  When I enter my password an entirely different screen comes up asking me for my password and when I enter it it going right back to the same screen.

Re: Blackberry Bridge

ok, are you typing it in correct? before you dismiss this i knowmany think its a number when in fact it is a letter. You have to hold down alt key for numbers on the phone.

Re: Blackberry Bridge

It is the same problem it seems that many of us have opening the bridge e-mail program. every other program on the bridge works but the bridge e-mail program never open and it keeps asking for the bridge to be unlock.

AANDRAS is continually saying that it is a e-mail message that blocks it, but I had both the Bold 9900, and the Playbook wiped and it is still doing that same thing to this day, and in my case I very much doubt that it is a e-mail message that stopped it from opening because all the e-mail message were destroyed when the devices were wiped

Re: Blackberry Bridge

I have been using this since I got my playbook in April and I know I'm entering the correct password. When I tap to open the bridge I get the usual screen to enter my password but when I enter it a different screen pops up asking me to once again enter my password.  It actually looks like it is going to open my messages but then the new screen opens.  weird

Re: Blackberry Bridge

I didn't have any problems until about a week ago.  I was able to open my e-mail with no issues

Re: Blackberry Bridge

It stopped for me afew weeks after OS2 came out and it as not worked since, so the only use for the bridge that I have now, is to let me know that I have received a e-mail message that i can then open using the Playbook e-mail program instead fo the bridge e-mail program, otherwise the bridge is completely useless to me since that happened
