Blackberry Playbook Security swipe problem

I ran the Security swipe on my Blackberry palybook as the playbook used to belong to someone else and I needed to set it up with my credentials. Unfortunately, when I reach the agreement ID screen, I cannot select a country in order to view the applicable ID agreement and therefore I cannot proceed and further.

Two most common reasons are

  1. Poor WiFi connection or
  2. Trying to set up in a country or language not supported by RIM's political/commercial policies.

for 1. try a free hotspot or another wifi rouer.  Or if that's inconvenient,  ensure your router is set up with wireless encryption WPA2 (personal) type AES.

If that fails come back with your country and language you are trying to use.

I agree with Texas. Problem is most likely incorrect settings in the router.
